Can I contract server management on its own?
Yes. Hosting and management are available independently of agent projects. We can also work with your current provider.
What does the quote include?
We separate setup, hosting, recurring management and any applicable licences. The scope specifies the covered services and support hours.
Does this include developing or improving my applications?
Application development and agent improvements are defined as separate projects or weekly allocations. Server management covers the agreed maintenance tasks.
