The proposal separates setup, hosting, management and AI provider usage. Agent development, applications and weekly hours are included only when they form part of the contracted project.

We choose technologies to match the connections, resources and maintenance each solution needs.
An agent connected to external model APIs can run on a VPS without a GPU. For local models we assess Ollama, memory, storage and GPU capacity where needed. Training or fine-tuning models requires a specific project.

Does this service include building the agent?
You can contract just the server. If you need us to design and develop the agent, we define a project within the scope of your chosen plan.
Does the client have server access?
Yes. We organise client access and agree on permissions and management responsibilities.
Do we need a high-capacity server?
It depends on where the model runs and the volume of use. We review those requirements before recommending resources and preparing the quote.
Are agent improvement hours included?
Server management and agent improvement are separate services. Weekly agent hours are agreed on Pro and Ultra.
