The proposal distinguishes initial preparation, hosting, recurring management and any licences you need. Custom application development is quoted as a separate project.

We configure VPS, Docker, HTTPS, monitoring and backups to match the hosted applications. We work with websites, APIs, n8n and Postgres. Email and complex database setups require a specific assessment.

Can I keep my hosting provider?
Yes. We can manage your existing server or prepare a new one with hosting and management. We review its condition before agreeing on the service.
Does this include developing my applications?
No. This service covers the server and the agreed maintenance. Application development is defined and quoted separately.
What happens if a service stops working?
We investigate the problem and work to restore it within the contracted scope and support hours. We then explain what happened and what needs reviewing.
How are backups checked?
An initial recovery test is included in setup, and we agree on subsequent checks. The monthly summary records completed tasks and incidents.
